FM2U Ltd was founded in 2022, it's Director's have worked within the construction, Commercial Cleaning and Retail Leisure sectors for over 30 years.

Their wealth of experience within these industries gave them the perfect experience and knowledge to successfully launch FM2U Ltd.

FM2U Ltd operate a comprehensive Facilities Management covering entire commercial building and property maintenance management. FM2U has already secured several Facilities Management contracts with large global and UK commercial businesses as well as small local Merseyside companies.

The company carries out extensive pre contract and ongoing Risk Assessment procedures to ensure the highest standards in Health & Safety for both our work force and our clients. 

Our Facilities Management, Commercial and Industrial Cleaning services cover both contract and reactive services. FM2U’s contract cleaning services are operated under our extensive cleaning management inspection system which ensures all staff and services always operate under the highest professional standards. Reactional services are available 24 hours per day 7 days a week enabling FM2U’s Rapid Response Team to deploy quickly and effectively to all emergency cleaning calls quickly and effectively.
