FM2U are a Facilities Management company based in Knowsley and covering the North West and North Wales. We work with a number of estate agents to provide reactive maintenance and cleaning services to tenants as well as Site Cleaning services to a number of house builders.
We are seeking a multi skilled experinced Handyman / Woman to join our team, in this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Attention to detail, great communication skills, expertise in various trades and problem solving skills will be essential in fulfilling this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Fabricate or repair various items using hand and power tools
- Working and Communicating effectively with team members, management and customers to understand project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance or trade roles
- Strong knowledge of various trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A good selection of own tools and equipment
- A Valid CSCS card (not essential)
- Valid Driving Licence
